I have been with Home in the Heart for a little over a year, and it has been one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. The agency truly cares about both its clients and employees. The work environment is supportive, management is understanding, and I’ve always felt appreciated for the care I provide. This job has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally while making a positive difference in people’s lives. I am grateful to be part of such a compassionate and dedicated team. One of my favorite memories with this agency is when one time I forgot I was scheduled for a shift , I woke up to messages from Latonya asking me was I okay. She wasn’t upset that I was late she cared more about my safety. That’s the moment I knew this agency was for me.
